One of my favourite places is the British Library. BL for short. Whenever in London, I always get a thrill when I see this portal.
I return to this place time and time again. It’s mostly for the books, but there are always interesting exhibitions and a lively café. A world unto itself.

It took me a while before I could capture this – from the median divide (central reservation in “UK speak”) in a four lane street. Usually I’m in a hurry to cross when the green light shows. It’s a great entrance.
